Daywise Itinerary
Upon arrival at Srinagar Airport, our representative will greet you and transfer you to your hotel in Srinagar. After check-in, you'll have free time for personal activities, shopping, exploring local markets, and indulging in Kashmiri street foods.

Explore the natural beauty of the Betab Valley, Aru Valley, and Chandanwari. To visit these places, you'll need to take a local union taxi. Overnight stay at a hotel in Pahalgam.

Policies
Payment Policy:
1. For all services contracted, a 50% advance payment should be made to hold/confirm the booking.
2. The remaining 50% of the amount can be paid a day before or on the day of arrival but definitely before the commencement of the services.
3. Team triplrrr reserves the right to decide on the amount to be paid as advance payment based on the nature of the service and time left for the commencement of the service.
4. In certain cases like hotel or resort bookings during peak seasons (Christmas/New Year) or during fairs/festivals, full payment may be required to hold space on a confirmed basis. Please note that such payments are non-refundable.
5. All payments should be done through online mode. No cash deals with company representatives are allowed.
6. Payments should not be made via Paytm, Google Pay, or any other channel to avoid fraud. Kindly make payments only to company bank accounts strictly.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
1. In the event of cancellation or amendment of travel arrangements due to any reason, we must be notified in writing. Please ensure that your intimation reaches us between office hours (10:00 am - 7:00 pm, Monday - Saturday).
2. Cancellation charges are as follows:
- More than 28 days prior to arrival at the destination: Deposit/advance amount only.
- Between 15-28 days prior to arrival: 75% of total holiday cost.
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the total holiday cost.
3. For super peak season hotel bookings, a separate cancellation policy is applicable, which we will advise you of as and when applicable.
4. If you cancel or amend the trip after commencement, the refund will be restricted to a limited amount, depending on the amount we are able to recover from our suppliers of services (hotels/transporters etc.).
5. No refund in case of no-show, roadblocks, accidents, natural calamities.
6. Your refund requests will be answered and processed promptly. If you do not receive a reply within one business day, please reach out to us at +91 7031821275/7059814238. We will not be responsible if email/mail fails to reach us.
7. Refunds will be processed to your bank account only and may take up to 7-14 business days. No refund will be issued in cash.
Terms & Conditions:
1. All rates mentioned are valid for Indian nationals only.
2. Please read emails carefully and understand the contents and prices. All email conversations will also be part of your contract with us once you make the booking.
3. General hotel check-in time is 1:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am (for accommodations) if arrival time is not mentioned. Reservations will be released at 6:00 pm.
4. In case of non-availability of rooms at our respective hotels for reasons, the hotel will arrange alternative/similar accommodation.
5. Hotels suggested above are subject to availability on dates and prior confirmation. In case rooms are not available in the suggested hotels, similar category hotels will be arranged for parallel arrangements.
6. Charges for AC and heater will be extra and as per hotel-to-hotel basis.
7. Please take care of belongings before leaving the car or hotels. The company is not responsible for any loss.
8. As per the directive given by the Government of India, all Indian/foreign nationals are required to provide proper proof of identification upon check-in. Valid identification documents include: passport & visa together, voter's ID card, current driver's license. All documents must include a photograph.
9. Hotels/camps or any kind of accommodation can deny stay if valid ID proof is not provided. The company is not responsible for any ID proof-related issues.
10. For extra adults, many hotels provide an extra mattress instead of an extra bed. Kindly inform us in advance if you prefer only an extra bed instead of an extra mattress.
11. In case of vehicle breakdown due to technical reasons, we will try our best to arrange another vehicle as soon as possible for major problems. For minor problems that will not take much time, vehicles will be repaired. Kindly cooperate.
12. We shall not be responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest, or any such incidents.
13. Air conditioning will not work in all hill areas or stopped/parked vehicles.
14. Pick-up and drop-off points will be one only (if multiple pickups and drops, please mention in email conversation before booking).
15. The rates are subject to change, depending on the fluctuation of diesel/petrol prices in India. If the prices increase more than 5% than the time of booking, we will increase the rate even if the rates are confirmed earlier.
16. We reserve the right to provide you with a similar car if the car you booked is unavailable.
17. At many tourist destinations/hill stations, some roads/shopping markets/mall roads have "no entry" for bigger tourist vehicles, depending on the destination along with time restrictions. In this situation, guests have to manage another available mode of transport with an additional cost and on a direct payment basis. This cost is not included in the ideal package inclusion.
18. It is presumed that the tourist is medically fit to undertake the tour. If you have certain kinds of allergies (especially for food) or any serious health issues, kindly inform us in advance.
19. No cancellation or any refund will be made if the situation is beyond our control, such as bad weather, landslides, climatic conditions, or any other natural disaster, fire, embargo, acts or decisions of government, political or national crisis, roadblocks, heavy snowfall, acts of terrorism or other similar causes, strikes, or problems at airlines, rails, buses, hotels, or transporters, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations or due to which the customer could not reach the destination and which is beyond our control.
20. No refund for short stays or unveiled facilities.
21. The company is not responsible for any accidents/injuries/deaths/theft of persons or property during the course of the tour.
22. All rights reserved to management to cancel any service without any refund until full advance money towards the service is received from the customer and accepted by the company. The company can change the features or functionality of the services at any time, without any notice.
23. We as a service provider shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
