Daywise Itinerary
1. Arrive at Paro airport where our representative will welcome you.
2. Drive to Thimphu.
3. Stop at Tachog Lhakhang.
4. Check in to the hotel.
5. Visit the Walking Buddha Statue in the evening.
6. Enjoy leisure time around the city.
7. Overnight stay at the hotel in Thimphu.
1. Have breakfast at the hotel.
2. Drive to Punakha via Dochula Pass.
3. Stop at Dochula Pass (3150m), featuring 108 Druk Wangyel Chortens built by the Queen Mother in 2003.
4. Visit the suspension bridge.
5. Visit Punakha Dzong, a showcase of the finest arts and crafts of Bhutan.
6. Drive back to Thimphu in the evening.
7. Overnight stay at the hotel in Thimphu.
1. Take breakfast at the hotel.
2. Your guide and driver will receive you for local sightseeing, which includes:
- Memorial Chorten, built in memory of the 3rd King
- Buddha Dordenma Statue
- Hindu Temple
- Simply Bhutan – A living museum
- Takin Zoo
- Sangaygang View Point
3. Drive to Paro.
4. Overnight stay at Paro.

2. Day hike to Tiger's Nest Temple (5-hour walk), perched on a rock overlooking a sheer drop and clinging seemingly impossibly to a cliff 900m above the valley floor.
3. Evening leisure in town or opt for a hot stone bath (optional).
4. Overnight stay at the hotel in Paro.
1. Breakfast at the hotel.
2. Check out from the hotel.
3. Drive to Paro airport for departure.
4. Our representative will assist with exit formalities and bid you farewell.

Policies
Payment Policy:
For all services contracted, 50% advance payment should be made to hold/confirm the booking.
Rest 50% of the amount can be paid a day before or day of the arrival but definitely before the commencement of the
services.
Team triplrrr hold the right to decide on the amount to be paid as advance payment based on the nature of service & time
left for the commencement of the service.
Besides above, in certain cases like hotels or resort bookings during the peak season (Christmas /New Year) or during
fairs/festivals, full payment may be required in order to hold space on confirmed basis. Please note that such payments
are non-refundable
All payments should be done by online mode.
No deal in cash with company representatives.
Not to make payment via paytm or google pay or any other channel to avoid any kind of fraud

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
In the event of cancellation/amendment of travel arrangements due to any reason – we must be notified of the same in
writing. Please make sure your intimation reaches us between office hours (10:am -7:00 pm on Monday - Saturday)
More than 28 days prior to arrival at destination - deposit/ advance amount only
Between 15-28 days : 75% of total holiday cost
14 days or less prior to arrival at destination - 100% of the total holiday cost
In case of super peak season hotel bookings , a separate cancellation policy is applicable which we shall advise you as and
when applicable
In case you cancel/ amend the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount, which too would
depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from our suppliers of services i.e. hotels/ transporters etc.
No refund in case of no show, road blocks, accidents, natural calamities.
Your refund requests will be answered & processed promptly, if you don't receive the reply within one business day reach

Refund will be processed to your bank account only & may take up to 7-14 business days.no refund will be done through
cash.

All the email conversations will also be part of your contract with us once you make the booking.
General hotel check in time: 1 pm and check out time: 11am (for accommodations) if arrival time is not mentioned. The
reservations will be released at 6 pm.
In case of non-availability of the rooms at our respective hotels for reasons, the hotel would be arranging alternative/
similar accommodation.
Hotels suggested above are subject to availability on dates and prior confirmation and in case we do not find rooms in
above hotels in any circumstances we will arrange the same in similar category hotels for parallel arrangements.
Charges for ac i heater will be extra and as per hotel to hotel basis.
Please take care of the belongings before leaving the car or hotels. Company is not responsible for any loss.
As per the directive given by the government of India, all Indian/foreign nationals are required to provide proper proof of
identification upon check-in. valid identification documents are: passport & visa together, voters’ ID card, current driver’s
license. All the documents must include a photograph.
Hotel /camps or any kind of accommodation can deny stay if valid id proof is not provided. Company is not responsible for
any id proof related issues.
For extra adult many hotels provide an extra mattress also instead of an extra bed. Kindly inform us in advance if you
prefer only an extra bed instead of an extra mattress.
Due to any reason, if vehicle breaks down due to technical reasons we will try our best to arrange another vehicle as soon
as possible for the major problems. For minor problems which will not take much time, vehicles will be repaired. Kindly
cooperate.
We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to
natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades
due to political unrest or any such incidents.
Ac will not work in all hill areas or stopped/parked vehicles.
Pick up and drop point will be one only (if multiple pickups and drop please mention email conversation before booking).
The rates are subject to change, depending on the fluctuation of diesel/petrol prices in india. If the prices increase more
than 5 % than the time of booking we will increase the rate even if the rates are confirmed earlier.
We reserve the right to give you a similar car if the car you booked is unavailable.
At many of the tourist destination /hill stations - some of the road /shopping market /mall road have "no entry" for all i
some bigger tourist vehicles depending on destination along with time restrictions also. In this kind of situation guests have
to manage another available mode of transport with an additional cost and on a direct payment basis, this cost is not
included in ideal package inclusion.
It is presumed that the tourist is medically fit to undertake the tour. If you have certain kind of allergy (especially for food)
or any serious health issues, kindly inform us in advance.
No cancellation or any refund will be made if situation is beyond our control, such as bad weather, landslide, climatic
conditions or any other natural disaster, fire, any embargo, acts or decisions of government, political or national crisis, road
blocks, heavy snow fall, acts of terrorism or other similar causes, strikes or problems at airlines, rails, buses, hotels or
transporters, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations
or due to which the customer could not reach the destination and which is beyond our control.
No refund for short stay or unveiled facilities.
Company is not responsible for any accident/injury/death/theft of person or property during the course of the tour.
All rights reserved to management to cancel any service without any refund until full advance money towards the service
is received from the customer and accepted by the company. Company can change the features or functionality of the
services at any time, without any notice.
We as a service provider shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly
out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit
mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
