Early Morning On arrival at Guwahati Airport / Railway Station meet by our driver & transfer to Shillong.On outskirts of Shillong halt at the Barapani Umiam Lake, a tranquil lake surrounded by sylvan hills. You can enjoy boating and take a stroll on the beautiful lake.Reach Shillong check into hotel and later visit Don Bosco Museum, Ward’s Lake, Botanical Garden, and Lady Hydari Park, Evening free for leisure or police Bazzar hopping.
Post breakfast explore Mawlyynong, visit Living root bridge and Mawlynnong Village Asia's cleanest village. The residents literally farm on the edges of these mist-shrouded cliffs that plunge sharply into the valley, later drive to Dawki, visit Umngot river & Boating popular for clean water, and local sightseeing at Dawki. Also, visit the Bangladesh border and later get transferred to shillong
After early breakfast starts full-day excursion to jowai, headquarters of the jaintia hills district is situated 66 km away from Shillong, along the shillong-silchar national highway. jowai was the summer capital of the jaintia kings, of sutnga state. you will visit india's most magical waterfall - krang suri, Meghalaya Trishi Falls, Phe Phe Falls & Laitlum Grand Canyon. The Laitlum Canyons is one such spot from where the vast, verdant and fascinating panorama of Meghalaya could be viewed and admired. a moment of silence to acknowledge how beautiful this waterfall is! afternoon proceed to the nartiang menhir measure 27 feet in height above the ground, 6 feet in breadth and 2 feet 6 inches in thickness. the monoliths represent the megalithic culture of the hynniewtrep people. a 500 years old temple of durga is another attraction at nartiang.
Post breakfast in the morning; hit the road to Cherrapunjee (2 hours Journey From Shillong),on the way visit Shillong Peak & Elephant Falls. Later visit Hanging Bridge and Mawkdok Dympep Valley View Point. At Cherrapunjee visit visit Eco park, Seven Sister falls and Mawsmai cave & Arva Cave if time permits
Today early morning after breakfast visit Nohkalikai falls, being the world’s fourth tallest waterfall, then according to your schedule you will be transfer to Railway Station/ Airport
