Daywise Itinerary
On arrival at Srinagar airport, you will be met by our representative and transfer you to Srinagar Hotel. Afternoon free for personal activities like Shikara ride on The Dal Lake to enjoy the beauty that God has graced this city with which is often compared to Venice. You will get a view of some very interesting places around the Lake. Can shopping, roaming marketplaces, exploring Kashmiri Street foods
Overnight at Srinagar Hotel.
Early morning drive to Gulmarg. Full day tour of Gulmarg which is one of the most beautiful summer resorts in the valley. It is also popular for its golf course (in summer), the highest in the world and sk ing during the winter season. Enjoy the splendor of nature and the snow mountains. One can have Gondola ride (cable car) from Gulmarg to Khalinmarg. In the evening return to Srinagar.
Overnight stay at Srinagar houseboat
After breakfast start for an excursion to Sonmarg Full day excursion to Sonmarg Tour which is the most beautiful drive from Srinagar. On the way we stop at many beautiful spots. Continue drive to Sonmarg 2690 Mtrs (Meadow of Gold). One can ride on horse to visit Thajiwas Glacier where snow remains round the year and Sonmarg is known as Gateway of Ladakh. In the evening return to Srinagar.
Overnight at Srinagar Hotel
After breakfast drive towards Pahalgham for Full day excursion to Pahalgam 2440 Mtrs (vale of Kashmir) on the way visit Saffron fields, Avantipur ruins and Anantnag sulpher spring. Pahalgam is the most famous place for Indian Film Industry. Enjoy the nature charm of the Betab valley, Aru Valley & Chandanwari.
Overnight stay at Pahalgham hotel
Early morning after breakfast checkout from hotel on time and transfer you for your onward journey.

- Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, joy ride (Toy Train), porterage. Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
- Entrance Fees & Guide charges.
- Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political, disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
- Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
- Room Heater Charges. Park, Safari or any sightseeing entry fees
Policies
Payment Policy:
- For all services contracted, 50% advance payment should be made to hold/confirm the booking. Triplrrr Roam, Relax & Repeat 6
- Rest 50% of the amount can be paid a day before or day of the arrival but definitely before the commencement of the services.
- Team Triplrrr hold the right to decide on the amount to be paid as advance payment based on the nature of service & time left for the commencement of the service.
- Besides above, in certain cases like hotels or resort bookings during the peak season (Christmas /New Year) or during fairs/festivals, full payment may be required in order to hold space on confirmed basis. Please note that such payments are non-refundable.
- All payments should be done by online mode.
- No deal in cash with company representatives.
- Not to make payment via Paytm or google pay or any other channel to avoid any kind of fraud.
- Kindly make payment only in company bank accounts strictly.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- In the event of cancellation/amendment of travel arrangements due to any reason – we must be notified of the same in writing. Please make sure your intimation reaches us between office hours (10:am -7:00 pm on Monday - Saturday).
- More than 28 days prior to arrival at destination - deposit/advance amount only.
- Between 15-28 days: 75% of total holiday cost.
- 14 days or less prior to arrival at destination - 100% of the total holiday cost.
- In case of super peak season hotel bookings, a separate cancellation policy is applicable which we shall advise you as and when applicable.
- In case you cancel/amend the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount, which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from our suppliers of services i.e. hotels/transporters etc.
- No refund in case of no show, roadblocks, accidents, natural calamities.
- Your refund requests will be answered & processed promptly, if you don't receive the reply within one business day reach us at +91 7031821275. We will not be responsible in case email/mail fails to reach us.
- Refund will be processed to your bank account only & may take up to 7-14 business days. No refund will be done through cash.
Terms & Conditions:
- As per the directive given by the government of India, all Indian/foreign nationals are required to provide proper proof of identification upon check-in. Valid identification documents are passport & visa together, voters’ ID card, current driver’s license. All the documents must include a photograph. Hotel/camps or any kind of accommodation can deny stay if valid ID proof is not provided. The company is not responsible for any ID proof related issues.
- For extra adult, many hotels provide an extra mattress instead of an extra bed. Kindly inform us in advance if you prefer only an extra bed instead of an extra mattress.
- Due to any reason, if the vehicle breaks down due to technical reasons, we will try our best to arrange another vehicle as soon as possible for the major problems. For minor problems that will not take much time, vehicles will be repaired. Kindly cooperate.
- We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest, or any such incidents.
- AC will not work in all hill areas or stopped/parked vehicles.
- Pick up and drop point will be one only (if multiple pickups and drop please mention email conversation before booking).
- The rates are subject to change, depending on the fluctuation of diesel/petrol prices in India. If the prices increase more than 5% than the time of booking, we will increase the rate even if the rates are confirmed earlier.
- We reserve the right to give you a similar car if the car you booked is unavailable.
- At many tourist destinations/hill stations, some of the roads/shopping markets/mall roads have 'no entry' for all or some bigger tourist vehicles depending on the destination along with time restrictions also. In this kind of situation, guests have to manage another available mode of transport with an additional cost and on a direct payment basis. This cost is not included in the ideal package inclusion.
- It is presumed that the tourist is medically fit to undertake the tour. If you have a certain kind of allergy (especially for food) or any serious health issues, kindly inform us in advance.
- No cancellation or any refund will be made if the situation is beyond our control, such as bad weather, landslide, climatic conditions, or any other natural disaster, fire, any embargo, acts or decisions of government, political or national crisis, roadblocks, heavy snowfall, acts of terrorism, or other similar causes, strikes or problems at airlines, rails, buses, hotels, or transporters, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations or due to which the customer could not reach the destination and which is beyond our control.
- No refund for short stay or unveiled facilities.
- The company is not responsible for any accident/injury/death/theft of person or property during the course of the tour.
- All rights reserved to management to cancel any service without any refund until full advance money towards the service is received from the customer and accepted by the company. The company can change the features or functionality of the services at any time, without any notice.
- We, as a service provider, shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
